Confirming Bali as the ultimate culinary destination in the world, The Legian Seminyak, Bali is hosting another exclusive dinner event dedicated to fine dining connoisseurs on the island. On 26 July, the five-star luxury resort is hosting the Barolo Wine Dinner at The Restaurant, fully supported by award-winning Beni di Batasiolo Winery from Italy.
Owned by the Dogliani family, Batasiolo is one of Italy’s most exclusive vineyards and has been producing high-quality wines since 1978. Located along the prized Barolo wine-growing area, the winery is famous for its Cru wines that include Barolo Bussia Vigneto Bofani, Barolo Boscareto, Barolo Cerequio and Barolo Briccolina.
Exclusively for the dinner, The Legian Seminyak, Bali’s Executive Chef, Stéphane Gortina, is preparing a delectable five-course menu that includes truffle risotto and beef tenderloin, all of which will be paired with Beni di Batasiolo’s award-winning wines. The dinner will also be attended by the winery’s owner, Mrs. Paola Marrai, who will introduce the wines and the vineyard.
