The bar also has a long list of innovative takes on the widely popular mojito, like the Imperial Berry Mojito with rum, berries, mint and champagne to add that extra pep.

Red Lantern Cocktail from Lantern
INGREDIENTS:
• Fresh Watermelon Juice 90ml
• Tequila 45ml
• Fresh Lime Juice 15ml
• Cane Syrup 20ml
• Cucumber Wheel 2 piecesMETHOD:
Place the Cucumber Wheels into a high ball glass and muddle. Add the other ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, pour into the high ball glass and serve.
