Last December, the island welcomed Mixology Tropical Soju Bar & Kitchen – which is, just like the name suggests, the first tropical soju bar in Bali. The drinks menu consists of potent cocktails and soju, and the food menu is filled with tasty Indonesian food and fusion cuisine. While Mixology Bali specialises in soju, that’s not the only thing the bar offers – although having said that, the soju selection here is impressive!
