Local Market Flavours Take Over Dago Street Kitchen

From fresh durian and satay to warm bowls of cuanki, Dago Street Kitchen transforms Bandung’s street food favourites into a curated dining experience set against the cool hills of Dago.

InterContinental Bandung Dago Pakar introduces Dago Street Kitchen, a new dining experience that highlights the flavours of local street food in an all-you-can-eat concept at Damai Restaurant. Inspired by the atmosphere of traditional markets, the programme combines Indonesian comfort food with the hotel’s international hospitality standards.

One of the main highlights is its durian selection, offering several desserts and dishes centred around the fruit. Guests can try Durian Sticky Rice with Coconut Milk Sauce, Durian Mochi, and fresh durian served directly at the station. The menu is designed to appeal to both durian enthusiasts and guests looking for local-inspired desserts.

Alongside the durian offerings, the buffet also features a range of Indonesian favourites, including Bakso Cuanki, assorted satay, and Asinan Bogor. Traditional desserts and warm beverages are also included, such as Es Doger Panna Cotta and Wedang Ronde, which suit Bandung’s cooler evening weather.

The setting at Damai Restaurant is designed to reflect the casual energy of Bandung’s street food culture while maintaining a comfortable dining environment. The experience aims to bring together familiar local flavours in a more structured and accessible format, available every Friday from 6pm to 9pm.
