Grand Café has generated the biggest buzz in Jakarta since it opened its doors last year after a full renovation.
The new look is designed with a warm, homey ambience and styled with Indonesian décor and crafts. The restaurant is based on a stylish Indonesian home divided into a series of elegant dining areas, each offering a different atmosphere that is ideal for an intimate celebration or family gathering.
The restaurant is a magnet for those craving Indonesian home-cooked food. The buffet offers an array of Indonesia’s multi-cultural heritage dishes cooked à la minute from the live cooking stations: the woks, grill, soup, steaming and pastry.
The menu has been totally revamped but the old favourites are still very much available, including sop buntut and nasi goreng.
The flavourful food is backed by Indonesian drinks, signature iced tea and Indonesian-inspired mocktails and cocktails. An à la carte menu with popular dishes is also available for lunch and dinner.
