The Power Lunch Set opens with Fang Fang’s signature dumplings, before you choose your favourite starter from five-spice beef shank or double-boiled chicken conch soup.
Served with either lotus leaf mushroom or jasmine rice, the selection of mains includes the ever-popular aromatic duck served with crepe and dipping sauce, the fragrant stir-fried Angus beef, soy chicken with Chinese rose wine and Fang Fang’s addictive golden prawns with salted egg yolk. To finish off, take either the sweetened almond cream, ginger crème brûlée or the fried custard dumpling.
The Power Lunch Set also comes with the option of enjoying something from Gagan Gurung’s special alcohol-free concoctions, which include the refreshing Citrus Herb, a mix of blood orange, thyme and soda, the Virgin Hot Toddy and spicy Pear & Basil a blend of pear juice, basil, Sichuan pepper and soda.
Meanwhile indulge in The Champagne Hour every Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights from 9pm to 11pm with free-flow Moët & Chandon along with selected wines, spirits, beer, sake and cocktails. The weekend starts here!
