Located in the heart of Pererenan, Della Terra is a charming Italian osteria that offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where the enticing aroma of home-cooked meals blends with the potential for engaging conversations. The restaurant features rustic elegance, with wooden textures, soft lighting and intimate corners that invite guests to slow down and savour each moment.
Taking inspiration from the rolling hills of Italy and the lush landscapes of Bali, the restaurant showcases a seasonal menu that highlights the island’s finest produce. Each embodies a true farm-to-table philosophy, sourced from the cool, misty farms of Bedugul to the coastal plains of Yeh Gangga.
Central to the menu is a commitment to simplicity, where vegetables take centre stage alongside handmade pastas crafted daily from organic flour and naturally farmed Javanese eggs. Notable dishes include the signature Pappardelle Grana Arso, which is gently finished over charcoal for a subtle smoky depth of flavour, and Barō Sourdough Fettuce, blending Italian heritage with Balinese terroir.
For a more intimate experience, Della Terra features the Chef’s Table PRIVATO, a private space for eight guests that opens directly into the kitchen. Here, Executive Chef Vinny Lauria prepares a personalised seasonal tasting menu, ensuring a bespoke dining experience from start to finish. Each guest receives a custom-printed take-home menu, and Chef Lauria himself introduces each dish, sharing insights about its origins and significance.
Embodying the spirit of a neighbourhood osteria, Della Terra offers more than just food. Natural wines are generously poured into tumblers, and seasonal cocktails highlight fresh local ingredients balanced with classic Italian amari. The laidback atmosphere is enhanced by an eclectic soundtrack, fusing together psychedelic rock, soul and hip hop, creating a vibrant yet relaxed energy.
