This buffet features sumptuous dishes synonymous with this celebration, such as a spread of dainty Dim Sum representing parcels of wealth, a refreshing Yu Sheng (known in some places as Prosperity Toss) salad, and slurpable Guilin Beef Noodles to symbolise longevity. The sticky, supple Nian Gao are also set to delight those with a sweeter tooth.
At the centre of the buffet table is a Golden Roasted Peking Duck in all its juicy, smoky glory, enticing diners with its tantalising aroma and the vibrant colour of its crispy skin. Alternatively, there’s also the lighter but equally tasty Beggar’s Chicken, a Chinese dish that represents the importance of unity and family bonds, striking a perfect chord during this holiday.
