Whether one looks forward to longevity or prosperity, W Bali – Seminyak invites celebrants to bask in this red-washed festivity at the oceanfront Starfish Bloo with a spread of quintessential foods that represent the good fortune of this holiday, Gallop Boldly, available the whole week from 17-24 February 2026.
Diners who wish for prolonged life can slurp on Longevity Noodles, featuring chewy and supple handmade E-fu noodles. One can enjoy this dish two ways: an unctuous, saucy lo mien style with char siu, mixed mushrooms, and bok choy or as a deliciously smoky chow mein (Chinese for fried noodles) topped with the finest seafood like river prawn, squid, octopus, and scallop.
For daintier delights, a shareable spread of dim sum can be an option, further fostering the togetherness and heartwarming familial bonds synonymous with this holiday. Selections include Turnip Cake, Fried Wonton, Siu Mai, Har Gao, Lumpia, and Gyoza, symbolising wealth and abundance with their golden exteriors and plump, round shapes.
