This Valentine’s Day, TUI BLUE Berawa Hotel & Villas brings the heat to ignite romantic dinners at The Restaurant with Stellar Flame, a rooftop live cooking experience.
What constitutes a romantic dinner? For TUI BLUE Berawa, it’s not the quiet or rigidly posh conventions. The resort’s The Restaurant is trading understated subtlety for the grandeur of flames and flavours with Stellar Flame, a special experience on 14 February 2026. From 7pm to 10pm, the rooftop eatery is set ablaze with live cooking stations that accompany the multi-course dinner, lighting up the night sky with wisps of flames and perfuming the air with aromas that are sure to work an appetite. That’s when the food comes in, ready to satiate the taste buds.
An amuse-bouche of Rosset Waffle opens the evening, served with balsamic caviar for a pop of freshness against the rich crème dill. The Sesame Tuna Tataki with quail egg follows, bringing with it a touch of umami as well as a bright lift from the honey lemon mustard. Continuing the savoury lineup is a Mushroom Cappuccino, paired with roasted wild mushroom ravioli and truffle foam for some woody, earthy warmth that eases diners into the hearty main course up next.
Three entrée options are available: Gambas A La Plancha, a succulent grilled king prawn bathed in chimichurri and flying fish roe; Cast Iron Chicken Breast, where grilled spring chicken is spruced up with roasted pumpkin, pavé de patata, and rosemary jus; or Surf & Turf, a best-of-both-worlds combination of premium grass-fed Australian beef tenderloin and scallops sitting atop basil mash and rich mushroom jus.
No Valentine’s Day dinner is complete without a sweet ending, so Stellar Flame arrives with two. The first is a Mille-Feuille featuring Bedugul strawberries and passion fruit sorbet, where each decadent bite is equally indulgent and light, before some Petit Fours conclude the evening with handcrafted chocolates and delicate macarons.
