The Easter Bunny at Alila Villas Uluwatu is none other than the White Rabbit that lured Alice down its hole to Wonderland. Except, in this case, Wonderland is its restaurant CIRE, and Alice is diners who are keen on exploring its special Easter Sunday Brunch.
This Easter, those following the white rabbit to Bali’s southern cliffs would find that it leads to Alila Villas Uluwatu. Its restaurant, CIRE, is transforming into a culinary wonderland for A Cliffside Easter Rhapsody on 5 April 2026, beckoning epicureans with an affinity for whimsical wonderlands of European spring flavours delivered through the finest of Balinese ingredients.
Led by Executive Pastry Chef Made Uriawan, the special brunch spread features pastries, baked goods, and savoury staples. Highlights include Chef Uri’s housemade sourdough, which has been cultured for 12 years, paired with stracciatella and candied lemon for a zesty lift. There’s also the egg tartlet crowned with Sturia caviar and the signature Local Flavor Twist, a coal-roasted catch of the day served with chickpeas braised in tomato sambal.
Still, no brunch is complete without some indulgent sweets. The Egg’s coconut mousse and mango core offers a tropical zing, while Bunny Garden entices with its medley of 70% dark chocolate and raspberry coulis. For something lighter, opt for the pavlova, which layers vanilla cream, mascarpone, and seasonal berries on a delicate meringue.
Diners looking for an added sparkle to their springtime celebrations can also opt in for the bespoke cocktail and wine pairing package, which allows a sampling of creations like White Rabbit, Mad Hatter Tea, and Queen of Hearts, lifted straight from Lewis Carroll’s renowned tales of Wonderland. A curated selection of Old and New wines are also available, alongside a choice of bottomless champagne featuring Philipponnat Royale Réserve Brut.
