After reopening its doors with a brand new style and concept, Immigrant Dining Room also added an array of in-house signature cocktails to its menu. It’s a tough pick to decide which cocktail is the best amongst the well-crafted creations we tried, namely the Sangria Blanca, the Green Card and the New Orleans’ iconic Sazerac, but after just a few sips, it is the Burn & Breakfast that tastes as unique as it sounds. Made with gin, tangy grapefruit and lemon, the zesty mixture is impressively sweetened with Aperol, marmalade, vanilla and torched brown sugar on top of foamy egg whites. In just a short time, it’s become an interesting addition to the city’s must-try cocktails.
