Sarong’s hip younger sibling serves up so many magnificent Asian morsels that it’s quite difficult to pick any single one out to spotlight. But if forced to choose we’d have to go with the supremely delicious and addictive crispy lamb ribs. The full-flavoured Australian Saltbush lamb gets gussied up with a crisp coating and a sublime seasoning mix of salt, pepper, chilli, ginger and coriander, while the pomegranate sauce provide intriguing counter notes that make these ribs even more difficult to stop eating. In a more perfect world, you could order these moreish meat popsicles at the movie theatre by the bucket.
