Feast of Flavour

Feast of Flavour

Copper Kitchen, Bar & Rooftop at Bisma Eight, Ubud, Bali is a unique dining destination that is ethically inspired by responsibly sourced ingredients and international-Asian culinary tradition. On one fine evening in April, the restaurant welcomed esteemed Chef Imam Fayumi from Banyan Tree Ungasan’s award-winning Ju-Ma-Na to take over the kitchen and wow guests with his extraordinary culinary creations at the Feast of Flavour dinner.

Set among the lush foliage of Bisma Eight’s garden, overlooking the verdant valley of Ubud and adorned with fairy lights to set the mood, diners got to enjoy a six-course dining journey to remember. The evening saw some fine culinary delights like tuna tataki with crispy blackened tempeh, chilli and shallot relish, prawn cannelloni with jicama, mango and pineapple salsa and Manado-style rica, wagyu short ribs served in mild spicy coconut milk and more.
