As iconic as it is, the 2026 Mid-Autumn Festival celebration is set to reach new heights as Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong unveils its latest mooncake collection, marking the annual tradition with two thoughtfully curated mooncake collections. This collection bringing together time-honoured traditions, refined Cantonese craftsmanship, and new interpretations of a beloved festive classic.
Leading the Hotel’s own collection is the debut of the Mini Mochi Custard Mooncakes, featuring a soft, chewy mochi exterior with a warm, velvety custard centre. The new creation joins the signature White Lotus Seed Paste Mooncake with Double Salted Egg Yolk, creating a balance between contemporary indulgence and familiar festive flavours. The Four Seasons Mooncake Set includes both varieties, while the White Lotus Seed Paste Mooncake is also available individually.
For those seeking the culinary signatures of two-Michelin-starred Lung King Heen, Executive Chinese Chef Chan Yan Tak and his team have crafted a collection that explores the depth and versatility of Cantonese flavours. New this year is the Mixed Nuts Mooncake with Candied Citrus, where toasted nuts and seeds meet the aromatic character of preserved citron. Another new creation pairs silky white lotus seed paste with earthy black truffle and salted egg yolk.
Returning favourites include the Cream Custard Mooncakes with Toasted Pine Nuts and Preserved Egg and Pickled Ginger Mooncakes, while the Assorted Signature Mooncakes bring together three flavours in a single box, designed for sharing.
The festive offerings extend beyond mooncakes, with curated gift hampers featuring the Four Seasons Mooncake Set, homemade XO Sauce, signature tea and premium delicacies. Each collection is presented in reusable keepsake packaging, adding a thoughtful touch to the tradition of gifting and gathering.
