The star of the bar is the barrel-aged cocktails, specially house-made by the skilled bartenders using locally sourced woods like coconut, bamboo and teak. Choose from the signature cocktails, including gin martini, Boulevardier, Rob Roy and negroni. Jati Bar also takes pride in its Forgotten Cocktails section, an array of lesser known tipples but packing as much punch as their counterparts. Try Between The Sheets with rum, brandy, triple sec and Bali lime, or El Presidente with white rum, orange curacao and homemade dry vermouth.
