Launched on 4 October 2026, the weekly brunch runs from 12pm to 3pm, moving fluidly between the restaurant’s indoor spaces and its breezy outdoor terrace. Live music carries through the afternoon, complementing the leisurely meal as the Sunday crowd settles into the tables.
Executive Chef Amaury leads the culinary programme, placing live-fire cooking at the core of the experience. La Rotisserie carves its roasted meats directly for diners, while the outdoor barbecue stations showcase chefs searing premium cuts over charcoal. Inside, fresh pasta is tossed to order inside a giant hollowed-out Parmesan wheel, adding an element of culinary theatre.
The wider spread draws from international and local cooking. A Japanese live station sits alongside Balinese specialities, while the seafood offering includes freshly shucked oysters and an elaborate ice display.
