Under the hands of multi award-winning pastry chef Julien Alvarez, the chocolate factory is releasing a special edition chocolate box just in time for Christmas. Chef Julien has created a selection of bespoke handmade chocolates for each restaurant and bar in the hotel, with 25 edible jewels available for guests to take home in a special Le Bristol Paris gift box. The special edition chocolates feature silken and seductive flavours, ranging from dark madong chocolate from Papua New Guinea, to smoked tea and roasted vanilla, spicy honey and lime ganache.
The gift boxes are only available to purchase at Café Antonia, located on the ground floor of Le Bristol Paris.
