Nestled on the mezzanine level of Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, an icon of luxury blended with Oriental heritage in Hong Kong, The Clipper Lounge will satisfy everyone’s cravings with its truly exquisite Moët Rosé Sunday Brunch. The Moët Rosé Sunday Brunch offers the ultimate personal indulgence to guests, where they can enjoy delicious sushi selections, breakfast favourites, a salad bar, hot dishes and carving station and piquant desserts.

For example, diners can have a bowl of Chinese soup and a full plate of pastries, including assorted muffins, sweet buns, croissants and doughnuts for starters. A delectable selection of European farmhouse cheeses such as Brie de Meaux, blue cheese and Gouda – try them all if you like! Abalone, snow crab, mussels, sea whelks, lobster and other irresistible sea creatures can be found at the Seafood Station. Meat lovers must revel in the prime rib of roast beef and roasted chicken roll stuffed with foie gras. Other than the Moët & Chandon Rosé Imperial Champagne, beverages served during brunch include orange, grapefruit, tomato and watermelon juices – all freshly squeezed.

The Clipper Lounge’s Moët Rosé Brunch is available on the Sunday of the first full weekend of every month from 11.30 AM to 3 PM. The Clipper Lounge is a popular and favoured meeting venue for both social and business meetings – it is fondly referred to as “Hong Kong’s sitting room”.
