This harmonious event that celebrates the art of fine living will take place on 6 August 2026 at Roso Restaurant, serving as a distinguished prelude to the acclaimed Ubud Village Jazz Festival 2026, inviting guests to experience an unforgettable one-night-only event where every note and every course are carefully orchestrated.
Setting the mood for the evening is the celebrated Jadi Peperzak Quartet, joined by the soulful vocals of Kasyfi Kalyasena. Blending contemporary expressions with timeless jazz classics, the performance promises an intimate musical journey against the serene backdrop of Sanur’s coastline.
The culinary experience is equally compelling. Guests will savour a meticulously curated six-course cocktail pairing dinner, created by Michelin-starred Chef Park Sung-Bae in collaboration with Chef Marco Medaglia, Executive Chef of The Meru Sanur. Each course is thoughtfully matched with signature cocktails by renowned mixologist Inngook Cho, whose innovative creations elevate local and international flavours through refined mixology.
