The elegant dining area, plus the classy, snug bar, makes use of Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta’s strategic location as it overlooks the busy city at all hours, welcoming guests to an urban dining experience like no other.

Just recently, the 20th floor restaurant launched a new menu that blends southern Italian cuisine with contemporary techniques and presentation. One such dish is the bruschettona, a vegetarian treat made with home-made grilled focaccia bread topped with cherry tomatoes and burrata. Another new delight is the scrumptious risotto alla Milanese, a saffron aromatic risotto with slow roast veal ossobuco.
Or indulge in a decadent dessert, modern bicerin, a slow-baked chocolate pudding, with spice-infused rum, caramelised hazelnuts, cocoa sponge, double milk gelato, espresso and chocolate sauce. 

Bruschettona

Alto is the home of Executive Chef Marco Violano, a Puglia native who has worked in kitchens around the world. When he assumed his role in Jakarta a few years ago, he wanted to introduce the familiarities of his humble beginnings, flavours that evoke his earliest memories of his mother’s cooking. Hence, Alto’s menu offers a contrast of traditional and personal creations.
