Get ready to welcome back one of the biggest food and beverage exhibitions in Indonesia.
For the 13th time, FHTB 2024 will give hospitality industry professionals an opportunity to network and gain more knowledge about the products that over 200 vendors from 19 different countries will be showcasing. The mega-exhibition will be held from 6 until 8 March 2024 at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center.
The event is not merely a trade show; it is a culinary journey that unveils the finest in gastronomy, creating a dynamic hub for networking and collaboration. Attendees can expect an immersive experience as the convention showcases the latest technologies, sustainable practices and culinary masterpieces. From cutting-edge kitchen equipment to artisanal ingredients, FHTB 2024 brings together the entire spectrum of the hospitality sector, creating an environment where ideas flourish and partnerships thrive.
Additionally, there will be featured events along with fun competitions and events supported by different associations, including the 12th Salon Culinaire Bali by Bali Culinary Professionals, The Biggest Sommelier Events in Bali by Indonesia Sommelier Association, Indonesia Coffee Events by Specialty Coffee Association of Indonesia, and Indonesia Latte Art Competition & Indonesia Coffee in Good Spirit championships.
Other collaborations in the exhibition will include one with Fermentasi Nusantara for the Bittersweet Festival, highlighting global fermentation and Indonesian culinary heritage, as well as an attempt to do a record-breaking feat of making 1000 cocktails in 10 minutes with the Indonesia Bartending Association and PT Multifortuna Sinardelta.
