From 23 to 25 February 2024, embark on a culinary journey unlike any other, as Chef Chavez presents her exquisite Peruvian cuisine, promising an unforgettable fusion of tastes in one of Bali’s most iconic culinary destinations.

With a stellar career spanning 14 years across the globe, Chef Chavez has garnered acclaim as a leading advocate of Latin American gastronomy and culture. Her journey began in Peru, where she honed her skills at El Mercado under the tutelage of award-winning Chef Rafael Osterling, renowned for his eponymous restaurant ranked 19th in Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants 2022. Drawing from her extensive culinary training and Mexican heritage, Chef Chavez effortlessly infuses the rich Peruvian culinary heritage with the vibrant flavours of her homeland.

In 2014, Chef Chavez kickstarted her culinary journey in Singapore, making waves as the head chef at TONO Cevicheria, Asia’s pioneer Peruvian cevicheria. Subsequently, she lent her expertise to OLA Cocina Del Mar, a Spanish restaurant honoured with a Michelin Plate for three consecutive years. Recognised for her outstanding contributions to Singapore’s dining scene, Chef Chavez was named a finalist for Female Chef of the Year at the esteemed World Gourmet Awards in both 2021 and 2022.

Passionate about showcasing Latin American gastronomy on a global stage, Chef Chavez’s culinary adventures have taken her to various countries, including Vietnam, Malaysia, Seychelles and South Korea.

Guests, both in-house and outside, are invited to handpick fresh veggies and herbs, followed by sunset cocktails at the resort’s Ice Garden.
