The iconic Scottish gin unveils its first permanent new expression in almost a decade, bringing a fresh twist of orange blossom and cacao to Indonesia.
Hendrick’s Gin has unveiled Another Hendrick’s in Bali, marking the brand’s first new permanent addition to its portfolio in nearly ten years. The launch introduces a distinctive expression that stays true to Hendrick’s signature character while offering an intriguing new flavour experience.
Built on the gin’s familiar foundation of rose and cucumber, Another Hendrick’s adds delicate notes of orange blossom and silky cacao. The result is a spirit that feels both recognisable and refreshingly different, inviting gin enthusiasts to rediscover a brand they thought they already knew.
The creation is the work of Hendrick’s Master Distiller Lesley Gracie, who spent years exploring the challenge of incorporating cacao into gin. Inspired by her love of chocolate and the botanical glasshouses of the Hendrick’s Gin Palace in Scotland, she carefully developed a recipe where the richness of cacao and the brightness of orange blossom exist in harmony.
“Another Hendrick’s offers a flavour profile with depth, a hint of sweetness and a lift of freshness that is completely distinctive,” said Gracie.
Indonesia was chosen as one of the first markets to experience this new chapter, with Bali hosting an intimate launch event at Santanera in Canggu. The evening introduced guests to the world of Another Hendrick’s through a guided tasting led by Southeast Asia Brand Ambassador Alexis Sang, who shared insights into the gin’s unique character and versatility.
The experience continued with a specially curated gin-pairing dinner created by Andrés Becerra, Chef and Co-Founder of Santanera. Each course was designed to complement the spirit’s layered flavours, encouraging guests to explore unexpected combinations and new perspectives.
The Bali launch marks the beginning of Another Hendrick’s journey in Indonesia, celebrating curiosity, creativity and the joy of discovering something delightfully unexpected.
