ARYADUTA Suites Semanggi is introducing a new dining programme that highlights Indonesia’s rich grilling traditions. Called Nusantara Flame, the weekly dinner experience takes place every Friday from 6pm to 9pm at PORTA Venezia, offering guests a selection of grilled dishes inspired by flavours from across the archipelago.
Created as part of the hotel’s ongoing culinary initiatives, Nusantara Flame focuses on familiar Indonesian favourites prepared with traditional spices and cooking techniques. Guests can enjoy a wide variety of grilled selections, including chicken satay, tofu, tempeh, chicken skin, chicken liver and gizzard, grilled seafood, grilled chicken, and grilled shellfish. The menu is complemented by a range of traditional sambals, adding different levels of spice and regional character to the dining experience.
Priced at IDR185,000++ per person, the dinner offers unlimited access to the selection of grilled dishes prepared using quality ingredients and Indonesian seasonings.
