From the outside, Boy’N’Cow Meat Boutique appears deceptively simple. Its stylish, industrial warehouse façade blends seamlessly into the bustle of Seminyak’s Eat Street, but don’t be too quick to overlook it. Step inside, and beyond the exposed brick and black iron lies an experience designed to awaken all five senses.
Past the massive steel door, the first impression comes from the open kitchen. This setup allows the aroma of premium meats sizzling on the grill to perfume the industrial New York-inspired space. It is a conversation between steel and wood, creating a raw yet sophisticated setting. A striking mural of Marilyn Monroe as the Statue of Liberty holding a smoking shotgun references vintage New York, reinforcing a smoky, prohibition-era aesthetic.

The most captivating sight is the dry-ageing meat fridge, proudly showcasing the grain- and grass-fed beef from sustainable farms in Australia and the United States. Inside, prime cuts such as striploin, tenderloin, porterhouse, tomahawk, and bone-in ribeye are aged to maturity, with a separate section dedicated to prized Wagyu. Each cut undergoes a thorough 30-day on-site dry-ageing process to enhance flavour depth and tenderness. When it hits the grill, the result is a steakhouse experience that leaves a lasting impression.
While steak is the star, the menu extends to chicken, salmon, octopus, and risotto. Every dish reflects a dedication to bold flavours and top-tier ingredients. Complementing the menu is a wine selection curated by the in-house sommelier. Old World classics and New World gems provide pairings for every dish, while the cocktail lounge serves expertly crafted drinks, including a standout 20-day barrel-aged Negroni.
