Pullman Bali Legian Beach brings a darker mood to its coastal dining scene this Halloween with The Haunted Doll, a themed dining event at Montage All-Day Dining on Saturday, 31 October 2026. The open-air venue sets the scene with decorations, live acoustic music, and cocktails made especially for the occasion.
Six culinary stations form the centrepiece of the evening, each presenting dishes with a Halloween-inspired flair. Slow-roasted pork belly comes with braised red cabbage and roasted beetroot, while poached king prawns are paired with Bloody Mary sauce. Slow-cooked baby octopus offers a seafood alternative, complemented by local greens. Devilled eggs dusted with smoked paprika bring a familiar appetiser into the festivities. The selection also includes Peking duck, devil-glazed pork ribs, and hellfire chicken wings.
Desserts continue the theme with dark chocolate graveyard brownies made with French Valrhona chocolate, crimson crème brûlée topped with candied carrots, ghostly éclairs, and red velvet cake. Guests can also enjoy crêpes freshly prepared throughout the evening with a chocolate fountain and seasonal fruits to round out the selection.
Behind the bar, five cocktails take inspiration from Halloween’s darker palette. Witches’ Brew combines gin with butterfly pea, lime, and tonic, creating a colourful contrast, while The Spooky Old Fashioned blends whisky, chai tea syrup, and Angostura bitters for a warmer, spiced profile.
Beyond the food and drinks, tarot readings and spooky face painting add interactive elements. Live acoustic performances provide a musical backdrop. Together, these details give The Haunted Doll its own character, bringing seasonal dining and Halloween entertainment together
