Indonesian herbs and spices give the Negroni a distinctly local expression at The Apurva Kempinski Bali.
At The Apurva Kempinski Bali, Negroni Week 2026 puts Indonesian herbs and spices at the centre of its cocktail selection, drawing on the country’s diverse landscape for inspiration. From 21 to 27 September, the celebration is available at Koral Restaurant, Izakaya by OKU, Bai Yun, Reef Beach Club, L’Atelier by Cyril Kongo, Selasar Deli, Pala Restaurant & Rooftop Bar, and Kubu Pool Bar.
The selection draws on Indonesia’s varied landscape as a source of inspiration, using herbs and spices to shape a local interpretation of Negroni Week. This approach brings an Indonesian perspective to a cocktail recognised around the world, connecting the drinks to the flavours and ingredients of the archipelago.
Across the resort, Negroni Week offers a focused exploration of Indonesian ingredients through cocktails, giving the celebration a clear sense of place.
