ITALIAN STYLE ROAST CHICKEN
A restaurant inspired by the cinematic splendour of the 1950s, SPIGA offers its guests a truly fabulous modern Italian dining experience featuring an exciting contemporary Italian menu created by one of Italy’s most celebrated chefs, Enrico Bartolini. Found on the third floor of the LHT Tower in Central, SPIGA is another inspirational Joyce Wang-designed interior and Bartolini’s first restaurant outside of Italy.
Think Italian cuisine and you naturally conjure images of tomato pasta, pizza or rich slow-cooked meats served up with a glass or two of excellent Chianti. But Italian home-style cooking is awash with chicken dishes such as Cacciatore, parmesan chicken bake and traditional roast chicken.
At SPIGA the polletto arrosto, roasted chicken marinated with chilli, garlic, mustard and rosemary is spectacular. Perfect and full of flavour on the outside, tender and juicy within and the spices add an extra edge. We recommend choosing the roast potato with rosemary and sautéed spinach with garlic for a particularly hearty and wholesome Italian feast.
