Discerning diners will start off with a serving of hand-carved Joselito Pata Negra Iberico Ham from the cold station, which also boasts some of the best cheeses, smoked salmon, charcuterie and mixed salads in the city. There’s a lot to browse but don’t miss the foie gras terrine, it is simply sublime.
From the hot section explore traditional brunch dishes like pancakes, waffles and eggs Benedict or the hearty New Caledonia blue prawns, Boston lobsters, wagyu beef and Spanish pork ribs along with some inspired festive fare.
