The event is guaranteed to pleasure all the senses, with a heightened awareness of Bali’s coastal beauty that surrounds the elegant setting.
The renowned Chef Andri Dionysius will make his presence in the collaboration, introducing his innovative cooking to the scene. The chef patron of MDA Restaurants is excited to bring people together with his ground-breaking concepts.
A brilliantly curated menu makes and takes the stage for “Tropical Gastronomy Fiesta: COMO Beach Club Meets Carbon Jakarta,” offering a selection of captivating plates for guests to enjoy in utter delight. The vibrant flavours of Mexican cuisine will take diners on a voyage through the North American nation, with a mix of hot and cold dishes to choose from. Among those is the enticing trio of infladitas, quesabirria and pota-quito. Additionally, the delicate Hokkaido scallop ceviche, followed by aji charapita and a red mullet quinoa salad is available to enjoy.
