With the arrival of the season’s festivities, Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach looks to celebrate in style this December, with an array of spectacular dining events, embracing the Seminyak way. Located on one of Bali’s most vibrant beachfronts, the hotel is host to two outstanding diners, Makase and SugarSand, both with exciting upcoming preparations. In an experience that promises to be the most captivating in the area, Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach’s year-end celebration looks to bring in the holidays with great flavours and long-lasting memories.
The Year-End Feast at Makase commences with the family-style Christmas Eve Dinner from 6pm to 10pm on 24 December 2023. From a supper inspired by Southeast Asian culinary heritage to classic Christmas treats, friends and families alike will appreciate scrumptious dishes, refreshing starters and delicious mains all evening long. Highlights include the house-made honey-glazed leg ham as well as the rolled-roasted turkey. Packages including free-flowing alcoholic drinks are available for guests to enjoy, while a live acoustic performance takes centre stage. A true family affair.
The festivities don’t end there, as the Christmas Brunch at Makase continues to impress with a collection of activities, including a Santa service, Christmas carols, a magic show and another live acoustic performance. A remarkable buffet fills plates with tables of salad, cold cuts, live carving and desserts. Once again, free-flow alcohol is available to celebrate with a drink in hand. A Christmas dinner is available at SugarSand with a five-course Japanese menu and a live DJ performance from 6pm to 10pm. Mouthwatering dishes on offer include Toro Truffle Tataki, Sushi and Sashimi Platter and a special dessert, Raspberry Matcha Opera Cake.
Finally, to bring in the new year, a buffet dinner is up for grabs at Makase from 6.30pm to 11pm on 31 December 2023. A vast selection of Indonesian and international dishes will fill plates for the last time this year, with food stations spread throughout the dining room. From 10.30pm onwards, guests can head to Tree Bar to finalise their New Year’s resolutions and welcome 2024 in with a bang. Meanwhile, over at SugarSand, Chef Syamsul Rizal is preparing a five-course set menu with chawanmushi, lobster and more. A live DJ will also spin energetic music while waiting for the clock to strike midnight.
