Set against the stunning backdrop of Echo Beach, guests are welcome to raise their glass to the seasonal programme that pays tribute to Indonesia through six thoughtfully crafted cocktails, each inspired by the country’s diverse ingredients, traditions, and iconic national symbols.
Each creation tells a different story of the archipelago. Garuda 45 honours the year Indonesia proclaimed its independence, combining dark rum, spiced arak, palm sugar, and tamarind into a bold, full-bodied cocktail. Batavia Storm captures the vibrant energy of Jakarta through a refreshing blend of light rum, gula jawa, lime, and Batavia ginger beer, while Red and White Elixir celebrates the nation’s flag with vibrant strawberry and delicate coconut foam. Meanwhile, Nusantara Spice showcases Indonesia’s celebrated spice heritage through pandan, clove honey, and spiced rum, Garuda Golden Flight delivers tropical notes of mango, passionfruit, and vanilla, and Spirit of Nusantara brings together arak, kaffir lime, lemongrass, and honey in a refreshing tribute to local flavours.
