The moniker of the restaurant says it all, and not only about the sizzling grill in the kitchen but also the vibrant design that is inspired by the Balinese Kecak dance, which revolves around fire. Under the hands of the resort’s Director of Culinary Norberto Valdez Palacios, the restaurant offers diners with hearty appetites a selection of dry-aged meats ranging from striploin and tenderloin, to cube roll and the restaurant’s signature black Angus tomahawk. In addition to the fine cuts of meat, fresh seafood is also available, with delectable side dishes to accompany every meal.

Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, FIRE is also known for its weekend brunch. Serving a variety of East-meets-West delicacies, FIRE is an eclectic space ready to welcome diners for any occasion.

An award-winning restaurant, FIRE is also home to a wide range of great wines from both the old and new world. For something with a little bit of a kick, ask the bartender to whisk up one of the signature cocktails; the Fire Ritual is a potent drink made with bourbon, honey, Balinese tamarillo and pineapple honey orange peel.
