Padma Resort Ubud is thrilled to present an extraordinary culinary collaboration with the esteemed Cibo! Cucina-Deli-Gelateria, a celebrated Italian eatery based in Canggu. On 12 June 2024, guests are invited to indulge in authentic Italian flavours at Padma Resort Ubud, set against the stunning backdrop of The Puhu Restaurant, which offers panoramic views of the lush Payangan jungle.
This event will be a highlight of The Puhu Restaurant’s Italian Delights Buffet Dinner. A key feature of the evening will be a live pasta station where Padma Resort Ubud’s Executive Chef Tony will collaborate with Cibo!’s Chef Diego. The restaurant will use Cibo!’s signature recipes and ingredients to craft a special menu, including dishes such as artisanal tagliatelle in creamy parmigiano cheese sauce and spaghettoni in spicy aglio olio and peperoncino sauce.
Each pasta dish will be freshly made in front of the guests. The tagliatelle parmigiano will be prepared in a traditional giant cheese wheel to enhance its creamy flavour, while the spaghettoni spicy aglio olio will feature tiger prawn bites and crispy focaccia crumbs. Guests can choose between the rich, creamy tagliatelle and the bold, spicy spaghettoni. Additionally, the buffet will include other delicious offerings such as crispy roasted pork porchetta and roasted lamb leg, ensuring a diverse and luxurious dining experience.
The special buffet dinner is priced at IDR550,000 per person and will be available from 6.30pm to 9.30pm.
