Celebrate culinary artistry and creativity at The Disciples Escoffier’s Chapter Gala Dinner, at Arwana Restaurant, The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Nusa Dua, Bali on 7 June 2024, from 5.30pm to 10pm. This extraordinary evening promises a delightful fusion of tradition and modernity, with top chefs paying homage to the legendary Auguste Escoffier. Each dish will be a culinary marvel, crafted with the finest seasonal ingredients to highlight the unique flavours of the region. This year’s event features an impressive line-up of renowned chefs, including Chef Long Cuong from ESTA in Saigon, Chef Jean-Baptiste Natali from The Apurva Kempinski Bali, Chef Pang Yoon Hwa from Padma Resort Legian, and Chef Kim Jonsson from Ananta Legian. Attendees will enjoy a captivating dining experience, savouring a blend of classic and innovative flavours designed to tantalise the palate.

In line with Escoffier’s commitment to social responsibility, the Gala Dinner will also support a charitable cause. Proceeds from the event will benefit local charities, promoting education and hope within the community and paving the way for a brighter future.
