A classic mojito it is not, but this fruity rum-based beauty will certainly hit the spot for those who enjoy a strong, fruit-filled drink. Starting with ice in a double old-fashioned glass and a generous blend of Myers dark rum and Bacardi Light – for added complexity and a fabulous nose – the pineapple and orange juices are stirred in before finishing with a pineapple and glacé cherry garnish. Simplicity itself – a classic tropical cocktail.
