The dining experience begins with a stunning array of vibrant starters, including the succulent Sundays Prawn Cocktail and Taramasalata, served with a refreshing herb salad and crusty bread. For a simple yet rich addition, the House Focaccia pairs perfectly with a generous dip of olive oil. Each dish captures the essence of Mediterranean cuisine, highlighting the freshness of seasonal ingredients and a commitment to quality.
The handmade pastas are more than tempting, but be sure to save room for the centrepiece of the offering: From the Grill. BBQ Short Rib, complemented by sherry onions and an unctuous jus, shares the spotlight with juicy Charcoal Chicken dressed in a tangy red pepper sauce. The Grilled Market Fish, infused with kombu and sambal matah, adds a sophisticated touch to the feast.
