Wagyu T-Bone steak

Led by Head Chef Tyo, Uppercut Steakhouse prides itself on its in-house dry-aging facility, producing 21- to 30-day dry-aged premium cuts. Choose from the 30-day dry-aged US prime short loin, US prime sirloin and more, and indulge in the juiciness and tangy flavour achieved from dry-aging the cut and cooking on the premium Josper grill.

Uppercut Steakhouse is home to curated cuts, including classic US prime rib-eye, thick-cut tenderloin MB7 and US prime T-bone, among others. The exquisitely succulent wagyu selection is also worth a try, including wagyu cube roll MB5, wagyu beef chop MB7 and wagyu tomahawk MB7. Don’t forget to try the tender sous-vide beef flank. 

Complementing the exquisite meat cuts is the selection of sauces, like BBQ, chimichurri, black pepper, truffle mushroom, red wine, herb butter and spicy herb butter. Of course, beef is not the only option in the array of grilled goodness. You can also opt for poultry, lamb or crustaceans. Amp up the feast with signature side dishes, like the gnocchi cream fondue. 

With an outstanding fine wine collection from The Wine & Co., a wine-paired meat-vaganza is a must. If you’re not a wine enthusiast, in-house mixologist Smith is ready to whip up a creative concoction for your pleasure.
