A culinary treat is in store as Uluwatu’s magnificent Amartha Water Palace ushers in the Year of the Dragon.
Nestled in the breathtaking Uluwatu, Jumeirah Bali is an all-villa luxury resort that graces the pristine shores of Dreamland Beach. Drawing inspiration from the legacy of the Majapahit Empire and celebrating the enchantment and romance of Bali, this spectacular resort stands as an unparalleled haven for travellers.
The resort is throwing a delicious buffet-style dinner to delight the senses in honour of the lunar new year. A variety of Oriental-inspired dishes are served during the Chinese New Year Buffet dinner, which will be available at Segaran Dining Terrace on February 9, 2024. A minimum of four people can partake in the signature yee shang, which is believed to bring prosperity and good fortune into the upcoming year.
Furthering the excitement of its guests, the open kitchen will showcase favourites that range from chicken kwetiaw, Yangzhou fried rice, Hong Kong-style steamed barramundi, stir-fried wok beef and broccoli, Singaporean chilli crab, cereal Nestum prawns, cauliflower in XO sauce and crispy fish skin in salted egg. The offering extends to suckling pig, charsiu pork, roasted pork belly, roasted duck and a dim sum corner.
