Savour a special Ramadan Kolaborasa this month at one of the island’s most gorgeous restaurants with Chef Willgoz.
Situated on the expansive premises of The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, Ikan Restaurant is a casual dining establishment by day and a sophisticated dining spot by night. Located by the beach, this restaurant has been a favourite among those seeking a tranquil evening, offering fresh seafood and Indonesian-inspired dishes.
The Ramadan Kolaborasa programme at Ikan Restaurant is back. This year, the restaurant and Chef Willgoz, the winner of MasterChef Indonesia season three, have teamed up to create five specially designed dishes that are sure to please any palate. Available until 14 April, guests looking to break the fast with the family can enjoy exquisite meals, such as Oseng Sengkel or slow-cooked beef shank glazed with sauces and Sambal Mbe. The grilled fish is served with two sambals to make sure the taste buds are happy. For something more hearty, try the red curry seafood made with grilled prawns, squids, pineapple, cherry tomatoes, fried curry leaves and kings salad.
This à la carte menu is available from 6pm until 10pm, and reservations are highly recommended as seats are limited.
