During a recent official handover ceremony at MAURI Restaurant, Matthew Heng, the Chief Representative of Moët Hennessy Indonesia Representative Office, officially welcomed Chef Maurizio and MAURI Restaurant as Indonesia’s first member of the Dom Pérignon Society. Reflecting on this honour, Matthew Heng emphasised the synergy between Chef Maurizio’s dedication to innovative, high-quality flavours and the artistry of Dom Pérignon’s champagnes.
