Parc19
Located in one of Jakarta’s hippest areas, Parc19 is always packed with the city’s trendsetting crowds. Swapping their sinful desserts for the mouth-watering Chocolate Fondue cocktail, we thought we’d follow suit and try Parc19’s gorgeous, velvety libation. The cocktail is a mix of Singleton 18 Y.O. Chambord and Bols Apricot, beautifully served in a chilled, submerged Martini glass and topped with skewered marshmallows and berries. Even though the cocktail is inspired by the real chocolate fondue, it’s not overly sweet thanks to the sourness of the berries. But we won’t judge you if you lick the glass clean.
