Lobo proudly presents The Royale Brunch, an exclusively crafted gastronomical journey crafted by Chef de Cuisine, Jordi Bernus. Bringing together the finest farm-to-table ingredients accompanied by imported delicacies, the Catalan-born Chef has yet again redefined the luxury of Sunday Brunch.

On this royal afternoon, Chef Jordi showcases his innovative cooking skills where guests indulge in a six-course set menu and a selection of pass-around dishes, carefully crafted with premium freshness. A flow of Moët & Chandon Champagne, selections of premium wines and beverages are also served throughout the brunch.

For starters, The Royale Brunch features a prawn carpaccio with a porcini truffle foam and slow cooked egg with oscietra caviar. There is also the pan-fried duck liver with mango relish and onion tatin prepared tableside on a live cooking station to create a theatrical experience. As for main courses, guests can opt for the Japanese sea bass (suzuki), the Iberico pork (pluma) or a US prime striploin with gratin potato and tomato provencale served with a choice of Lobo’s signature sauces.

For an exquisite ending, indulge in imported cheese selections served with three kinds of duck liver terrine, as well as a choice of melted chocolate cake with nitro-vanilla ice cream. For something totally different, Chef Jordi introduces his creamy interpretation of a passion fruit, filled with a crema catalane and tempura chocolate.

The Royale Brunch is available every Sunday from 12.00PM to 2.30PM at Lobo Restaurant and is priced at IDR1,250,000++ per person.
