The event starts on 21 September with the Taste of Latin Wine Dinner Collaboration, a five-course gastronomic journey curated by two exceptional chefs. Chef Victor Taborda, the culinary genius behind Sudestada, and Chef Mauro Santarelli of Chupacabras will combine their expertise to deliver a menu that perfectly showcases their home continent’s diverse and rich culinary traditions.
Expect nothing less than culinary fireworks with signature dishes like Vieiras con Cítricos, a refreshing scallop dish marinated in citrus, and Papas a la Huncaína, an artful blend of ember-baked potatoes with creamy Huncaína sauce, created by Chef Mauro. Not to be outdone, Chef Victor will serve his iconic Asado Argentino, featuring perfectly grilled flank steak paired with indulgent sides like mollejas and creamy spinach.
