Gourmet gastro-pub Spice by Chris Salans is serving up a festive ambience in Ubud this Christmas with a scrumptious three-course menu of cauliflower soup, whole-roast betutu quail with chestnut stuffing and chocolate cake with eggnog ice cream, served with optional paired cocktails and wine. Available from 24th to 30th December throughout the day, it is sure to be popular. An all-day New Year three-course feast has also been prepared for 31st December and 1st January, also with optional cocktail and wine pairing.
