With an idyllic location at the Hong Kong Museum of Art, modern Australian restaurant Hue makes the most of its exquisite panoramic views to create the perfect setting for its Aussie-inspired afternoon tea.
Featuring the iconic flavours and pastries of the land Down Under, the afternoon tea is available every Saturday and Sunday from 3.30pm to 5pm. Priced at HKD680++ for two, it includes a tea set to share and a choice of tea or coffee. The stunning selection showcases a range of creative sweet and savoury delights, such as homemade Ray’s scones, Rangers Valley beef skewers, South Australian spanner crab, Meyer lemon curd tartlet, mini pavlova and much more.
To ensure guest safety in the current situation, guests in pairs will be seated facing the harbour to maintain a safe distance and benefit from the captivating view. Moreover, the restaurant is helping to strengthen guests’ health with its complimentary immune-boosting juice shot or homemade soup of the day upon guests’ arrival.
