Altitude culinary group’s youngest restaurant, Maza, will be celebrating its first Ramadan. With that comes a specially curated menu for a modern Japanese influenced iftar.
Start with Zensai or today’s tajil to break your fast. The meal begins with Age, which is fried salmon with jalapeno pink tartare, followed by a selection of starters, between Sashimi moriawase two-kinds or truffle gohan wing.
Moving on to the mains, Maza offers a lavish Wagyu miso served with white rice and tori collagen soup. Finish your iftar with the Kanmi, which is matcha affogato.
