Indulge in the 4+ courses of classic Japanese delicacy at the 46th floor restaurant, starting from a tajil which will change daily. Adding more texture, a kakiage scallop will be the next course.
Moving on to fish, Enmaru starts strong with deep-fried breaded white fish, with the Yoshoku inspired feast of Wagyu hamburg with truffle shoyu and aged chicken tsukune waiting.
The whole meal is served with garlic white rice and miso soup to complement the experience.
