Under the direction of Executive Mixologist Antonio Lai and Bar Manager Hungie Fong, the bar is launching Room Of Tales, a new cocktail series that documents six tales that have been kept secret for generations.
The first chapter delves into the world of Peter Pan, the boy who never ages. Embracing Tinkerbell’s contradictory feelings, I Do Believe In Fairies combines elderflower, lemon verbena, ginger and jalapeno honey with Two Moons Calamansi Gin, finished with Fernet, symbolising Tink’s loneliness. Raise your glass of Come With Me and take in the warm scents of cocoa, Horlicks and soy milk. Let the pure vodka transport you to the timeless purity of Neverland.
Close your eyes and inhale the barrel-kissed smoke of Dusty Dream, a complex concoction of Worcestershire sauce, bacon fat-washed brandy, cynar, pine tar liqueur and apple honey shrub that awakens Ella’s hope. Symbolising Ella’s curse from cheating time, The Last Strike takes bourbon from earthy pumpkin through gardens of maple and chrysanthemum to a bitter finale.
In Agrabah, Jafar’s Dark Desires blends medium-bodied tequila, chile liqueur, pomegranate vinegar, white Penja pepper and watermelon, altering perceptions and unveiling true malevolence.
